Trade Up Policy
Just like so many of our customers spanning generations, we’re excited to be a part of your journey and we’re here for you when you’re ready to step up to a bigger diamond. That’s why we offer a 100% trade up allowance on your original diamond when you’re choosing or creating something fresh and new from George Thompson.
The GTDC will accept your diamond(s) that was purchased from our store for the original price of the purchase for a new diamond of equal or additional value. This does not include the gold or any manufacturing labor charges and provided that your diamond(s) are not chipped or damaged. This offer can be nullified at anytime by the GTDC for any reason it deems appropriate such as a change in market condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this upgrade policy on lab created diamonds
